Elaine R. Ruegsegger, 41, New Glarus, died Friday, Nov. 15, 2013 in Madison. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 22, at Washington Reformation Church, N6026 Church Road, Monticello with Pastor Mary Gafner officiating.

Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 21 at the Zentner-Beal Funeral Home, 29 Sixth Ave., New Glarus.
