Melvin C. Neeley, 75, Monticello, died Tuesday, Dec. 20, 2011. Memorial services will be held at 12:00 Noon Saturday, December 31 at Shriner-Hager-Gohlke Funeral Home, Monroe. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until time of service on Saturday at the funeral home.
