Violet Ruby Gertsch, 92, Darlington, died Tuesday, Dec. 19, 2017. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 23, at Grace Lutheran Church, 1302 Clay St., Darlington, with Rev. Craig Simenson officiating. Burial will be in West Wiota Cemetery. A visitation will be held from 6 to 9 p.m. Friday, Dec. 22, and from 9:30 to 10:45 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 23, at Grace Lutheran Church. The Erickson Funeral Home in Darlington is in charge of arrangements.
