Deanna M. Carpenter, age 39, of Princeton, passed away on Sunday, February 9, 2014, at the University of Wisconsin Hospital in Madison. She was born on January 20, 1975, at Ripon Memorial Hospital, the daughter of Charles and Catherine (Freeman) Dummer. Deanna graduated from Monroe High School. On August 30, 2007, she married Peter Carpenter and they made their home in Princeton.

Survivors include her husband Peter; her daughters, Kayla Freeman, Brianna and Megan Carpenter of Princeton; son, Zachery Hennessey of Wisconsin; stepchildren, Halie and Dallas Carpenter of LaCrosse; her mother, Catherine Freeman of Fond du Lac; half-brother, Ryan Annis of Fond du Lac; sister, Debra Thomas of Markesan; father-in-law, Earl (Evie) Carpenter of Berlin; mother-in-law, Diane (Rebel) Powers of Montello. Deanna was preceded in death by her father, Chuck Dummer; aunt, Jane Freeman; and her grandparents, Ruth and Flavil Freeman.

A visitation for Deanna M. Carpenter will be held on Thursday, February 13, 2014, from 4:00-8:00 p.m. at the Wachholz and Sons Funeral Home, 303 W. Harvard St. in Princeton.
