Corey Jon Becker, age 18 of Monroe, Wisconsin, died Sunday, April 18, 2010 as a result of an automobile accident. He was born April 22, 1991 in Monroe, WI, the son of Vicki Gobeli and Jon A. Becker and was a 2009 graduate from Monroe High School. He was a member of the Monroe F.F.A.

He enjoyed hunting, fishing, snowboarding, motor cross, animals and had a contagious smile.

Surviving are his parents, Vicki Gobeli of Monroe and Jon Becker of Chandler, AZ; stepfather, Gary Marcum of Fitchburg, WI; siblings, Brad Becker of Monroe, WI, Lisa Becker of New Glarus, WI, and Cali Becker of Chandler, AZ; grandparents, Myra Gobeli of Browntown, WI, Kathy Becker of Chandler, AZ, and Carol Bakken of Middleton, WI; many aunts, uncles, cousins, special friend Sadie Swenson of Monroe, WI, and many, many, friends. He is predeceased by his grandfather, Theodore Gobeli.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, April 24, 2010 at Shriner-Hager-Gohlke Funeral Home in Monroe with Monsignor Thomas Campion officiating. Burial will follow in Saucerman Cemetery, in Cadiz Township.

Visitation will be from 3 p.m. until 7 p.m. on Friday at the funeral home.

A memorial fund is being established in Corey's memory.
