A story on a lawsuit pending against Albany school district over a claim of protracted bullying against an autistic student published in the Nov. 13 edition contained incorrect information. According to the complaint in the lawsuit, the boy's mother took the problem to the attention of Fairy Elmer and Kim Blumer, both identified as school board members in the lawsuit. In fact, Elmer was not on the school board at the time, having left the board in April of 2011. Kim Blumer has never served on the Albany school board.
