Micki F. Nafzger, 17, Monroe, was found guilty on Sept. 26, after pleading no contest to two counts of burglary of a building or dwelling, both class F felonies, stemming from an Oct. 5 incident. Court records indicate that Nafzger entered a dwelling in the N4700 block of Speich Road and a dwelling in the W4200 block of Haney Road, both in the Town of Sylvester, on Oct. 5, without the consent of the owners with the intent to steal. A sentencing date is set for 10 a.m. Nov. 30.
Misdemeanors
Alan P. Anderson, Jr., 40, Evansville, was found guilty on Sept. 27 after pleading guilty to a charge of operating a firearm while intoxicated, a class A misdemeanor. Anderson was sentenced to 12 months probation and fined $243.
