The court dismissed two counts of telephone harassment, both class B misdemeanors. He originally faced up to nine months in jail and up to $3,000 in fines.
The court Monday scheduled an Oct. 7 district attorney conference for Craig L. Bevins, 36, Argyle, who is charged with disorderly conduct.
