Green County Felonies

• The court Monday issued a warrant for Jessica S. Kruckenberg, 21, Clinton, who failed to appear for a plea/sentencing hearing.

Court records allege she sold more than 127 grams of marijuana to an undercover officer Aug. 9 in Brodhead.

She is charged with delivering marijuana, a class I felony. She faces more than three years in prison and up to $10,000 in fines, if convicted.

She remains free on a $3,000 signature bond.

Misdemeanors

• The court Monday sentenced Chad R. Heins, 28, Brodhead, to 10 days in jail after he pleaded no contest to unlawful use of a phone.

He faced up to three months in jail and up to $1,000 in fines as part of the plea agreement for the class B misdemeanor.

The court dismissed two counts of telephone harassment, both class B misdemeanors. He originally faced up to nine months in jail and up to $3,000 in fines.

• The court Monday scheduled an Oct. 7 district attorney conference for Craig L. Bevins, 36, Argyle, who is charged with disorderly conduct.

Court records allege he yelled at a woman, grabbed her phone and threw it July 7 in Monroe.

He is charged with disorderly conduct, a class B misdemeanor. He faces up to three months in jail and up to $1,000 in fines, if convicted.

He remains free on a $500 signature bond.

• The court Monday scheduled an Oct. 21 district attorney conference for Michael W. Kaderly, 39, Monroe, who is charged with violating a court injunction.

Court records allege he had contact with a woman in violation of a court order Aug. 6 in Monroe.

He is charged with violating a court injunction, an unclassified misdemeanor. He faces up to three months in jail and up to $1,000 in fines, if convicted.

He remains free on a $500 signature bond.

• The court Monday scheduled an Oct. 21 district attorney conference for Gethan D. Larse, 25, South Wayne, who is charged with disorderly conduct.

Court records allege he pounded on a wall and refused to leave Sir Buk's July 26.

He is charged with disorderly conduct, a class B misdemeanor. He faces up to three months in jail and up to $1,000 in fines, if convicted.

He remains free on a $500 signature bond.

• The court Monday scheduled an Oct. 21 district attorney conference for Kelly A. Murray, 37, Brodhead, who is charged with two counts of disorderly conduct.

Court records allege she grabbed a person and yelled at a woman July 13 at a Decatur township residence.

She is charged with two counts of disorderly conduct, both class B misdemeanors. She faces up to six months in jai and up to $2,000 in fines, if convicted.

She remains free on a $500 signature bond.
