Court records indicate he created accounts on MeetMe.com under the alias "Jameson Schumaker" and on Facebook as "Kevin Shinner" and contacted women, in violation of a probation condition that he not use social media. A probation agent noted that Schumacher has a history of "manipulation of his parents, therapist and others to see him as incapable and feeble-minded" and needs to "address his contention that he was not able to comply with probation conditions due to cognitive disabilities." Conditions of his extended supervision include not possessing pornographic material, not entering any elementary or high school property and not entering onto any park property. He is also ordered not to drive or own a motor vehicle without his agent's approval.

The charges carry a maximum punishment of nine and a half years in prison. Court records indicate Alwean sent sexually explicit videos of himself to an Argyle girl in May. The charges together carry a maximum punishment of 10 years, three months in prison. The charges stem from a Sept. 11 late-night traffic stop for speeding on Wisconsin 11 at Division Street in South Wayne. Court records indicate Foreman and others in the car said they were driving to Kenosha to buy a $1,500 dog. They claimed to not know each others' real names beyond nicknames ("White Bread" and "Blood"), and Foreman provided a false name for himself to police. The arresting officer noted in a report that Foreman was "lethargic and could barely keep his head up." A search of the car turned up methamphetamine. Foreman's preliminary hearing is Oct. 23.
