Kevin M. Gaulrapp, 26, Monroe, was released on a $2,500 signature bond Wednesday with additional conditions that he have no violent or abusive contact with the alleged victim in this case. Gaulrapp is charged with one felony count of strangulation and misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct and battery. The charges stem from an incident that occurred on Monday. If convicted for the maximum penalty, Gaulrapp could face up to $21,000 in fines or seven years imprisonment or both. He has a preliminary hearing set for Nov. 5.

Nathaniel P. May, 20, Albany, was released on a $1,000 signature bond with additional conditions that he have no violet or abusive contact with the alleged victims in this case. May is charged misdemeanor counts of domestic abuse-related disorderly conduct and intimidating a victim to dissuade from reporting a crime. The charges stem from an incident that occurred on Sept. 21. If convicted for the maximum penalty May could face up to $11,000 in fines or one year imprisonment or both.

Justin J. Nelson, 26, Blanchardville, was found guilty due to a guilty plea of criminal trespassing to a dwelling. Nelson will serve one year on probation as a part of a deferred prosecution agreement with the additional conditions that he pay restitution in the amount of $500 to the victim in this case, undergo alcohol and other drug assessment classes, not drink do drugs or go to bars or liquor stores. Law enforcement reports indicate that on Feb. 23 Nelson entered a residence on Colfax Street and later attempted to enter another residence on the same street. Nelson owes the court $176.
William W. Arndt-Carmody, 29, Dodgeville, was found guilty due to a guilty plea of reckless driving causing bodily harm and will serve one year on probation. Arndt-Carmody is ordered not to drink, do drugs, enter bars or liquor stores and undergo AODA classes. Sheriff's reports indicate Arndt-Carmody lost control of a vehicle he was driving on June 19 and caused a rollover accident that seriously injured himself and three passengers. Arndt-Carmody owes the court $176.
