On Tuesday:

• Austin D. Flood, 19, Albany, revoked his probation after receiving a deferred prosecution agreement for one count of theft. The charge stems from an incident that occurred on Nov. 14, 2012. Flood stole two iPods from a locker room at Albany High School. Flood revoked his probation in August by drinking alcohol. Police reports indicate deputies found him lying on the ground in the W1200 block of Wisconsin 59, Town of Albany. Flood will serve two years on probation as a result of revoking his probation; if he complies with all elements of his probation the charge could be expunged. He is also ordered to undergo alcohol and other drugs assessment classes. He owes a fine of $163.

• Austin D. Flood, 19, Albany, revoked his probation in the same incident as listed above and is ordered to serve two years of probation concurrent to his other charges. He owes the court $163. Flood was on probation for a charge of possession of marijuana in January 2013. Court records indicate he was found in possession of two baggies of marijuana and was encouraging a 14-year-old to trade with him at Albany Schools, 400 5th Street.

Felonies

On Monday:

• Chelsea R. Knell, 25, Monroe, was released on a $7,500 signature bond with additional conditions that she have no contact with the alleged victim or the victim's home. Knell is charged with one Class F felony count of burglary to a building or dwelling and misdemeanor counts of theft and receiving stolen property. The charges stem from an incident that occurred on June 11. If convicted for the maximum penalty on all counts, Knell could face up to 14 years imprisonment or $45,000 in fines or both. She has an adjourned initial appearance set for Nov. 3.

• Bryan S. Wehe, 24, Browntown, was released on a $7,500 signature bond with additional conditions that he have no contact with the victim or the victim's home. Wehe is charged with one Class F felony count of burglary and misdemeanor counts of theft, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of cocaine. The charges stem from an incident that occurred on June 11. Wehe has an adjourned initial appearance set for Nov. 3.
