Cody J. Vavra, 23, was found guilty due to a no-contest plea of possession of drug paraphernalia; he owes a forfeiture fine of $267.50. Court records indicate that on Feb. 10 Vavra was a passenger in a vehicle that was stopped by a deputy. Vavra admitted to the deputy that there was a glass pipe used for smoking marijuana in the glove box of the vehicle. The deputy found the pipe Vavra pointed out and a second pipe on the floor of the vehicle.
John J. Eberle, 51, Monroe, had one count of domestic abuse-related disorderly conduct dismissed on a prosecutor's motion. Eberle owes no fines or penalties as the charge was dismissed. The charges stem from an incident that occurred on April 1.
