Felonies

• Joseph M. Grissom, 50, Burlington, was released on a $1,500 signature bond on Monday with additional conditions that he not do drugs or possess drug paraphernalia. Grissom is charged with one Class I felony count of possession of marijuana, second or greater offense, one count of misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of misdemeanor bail jumping. The charges stem from an incident that occurred on Sept. 20. If convicted for the maximum penalty, Grissom could face up to five years imprisonment or $30,000 in fines or both. He has a pretrial conference set for Nov. 2.



Misdemeanors

On Monday:

• Tina M. Hull, 29, Monroe, was released on a $750 signature bond with additional conditions that she not drink or have any abusive or violent contact with the alleged victim in this case. Hull is charged with one count of domestic abuse-related disorderly conduct stemming from an incident that occurred on Oct. 3. Court records indicate that Hull allegedly threw a drink at her wife's face at a bar and then punched her in the head before wrestling her to the ground. Hull initially told the responding officer that the victim hit her first but later admitted to hitting the victim. Hull had a preliminary breath test of .101 percent. She has a pretrial conference set for Nov. 2.

• Phillip J. Iturbide, 23, was released on a $2,000 signature bond with additional conditions that he not drink or enter bars or liquor stores. Iturbide is charged with one count of driving while intoxicated and one count of driving with prohibited alcohol concentration, both third offenses. The charges stem from an incident that occurred on Aug. 8. If convicted on all counts for the maximum penalty, Iturbide could face up to $2,000 in fines, one year in jail, have his license revoked for three years and have an ignition interlock device installed for a period of three years. He has a pretrial conference set for Nov. 2.

• Ryan T. Lambeau Field, 17, Monroe, was released on a $300 signature bond with additional conditions that he not do drugs or possess any drug paraphernalia. Lambeau Field is charged with one count of possession of drug paraphernalia and one count of possession of marijuana. The charges stem from an incident that occurred on Aug. 21. Lambeau Field has a pretrial conference set for Nov. 2.
