Misdemeanors

• Kathy M. Martin, 48, and Scott M. Menehan, 51, pleaded no contest to one Class B misdemeanor count each of disorderly conduct and have entered one-year deferred prosecution agreements. Martin entered her agreement Oct. 3, and Menehan entered his agreement Sept. 1. The cases stem from a verbal and physical altercation Aug. 16, 2016 at their home on Swiss Court in Monroe. Police reports indicate alcohol and intoxication were factors. If Martin and Menehan comply with the conditions of their deferred prosecution agreements, such as paying fines and attending any required counseling, the charges will be fully dismissed after one year.

Felonies

• Melinda Christopherson, 31, Princeton, Ky., was charged Oct. 3 with two Class I felony counts of failure to pay child support between Aug. 1, 2016 and Aug. 31. A warrant is issued for her arrest.
