On Tuesday:

• Joshua F. Varrieur, 35, address unknown, was found guilty due to a no-contest plea of driving while intoxicated, third offense; he also had one count of driving with a prohibited blood-alcohol concentration dismissed. Varrieur will serve 28 days in jail, 18 months of probation, have his driver's license revoked for 30 months, undergo alcohol and other drug assessment classes and install an ignition interlock device upon relicensing. Police reports indicate Varrieur hit a legally parked vehicle with his vehicle on Sugar Avenue, Village of Belleville. Varrieur sustained minor injuries in the crash. He owes a fine of $3,025.

• Jessica M. Powell, 29, Albany, had counts of domestic abuse-related disorderly conduct and battery dismissed on a prosecutor's motion. The charges stem from an incident that occurred on July 5. Powell owes no fines or penalties as the charges were dismissed.

On Monday:

• Paul B. Baker, 35, Monroe, was released on a $1,500 signature bond with additional conditions that he not do drugs or possess drug paraphernalia. Baker is charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia stemming from an incident that occurred on Oct. 25. Court records indicate that Baker was arrested after fleeing a one-vehicle accident on 11th Street in Monroe. Baker allegedly backed into a curb and deflated his tire, broke the wheel and then fled the scene. He was arrested for OWI and the responding officer found a small amount of marijuana in a black plastic container and a multi-colored pot pipe in the center console of Baker's vehicle. He has a pretrial conference set for Jan. 20.

• Jeff Gordan Edgerton, 53, Monroe, was released on a $750 signature bond with additional conditions that he not drink or enter bars or liquor stores. Edgerton is charged with one count of driving while intoxicated, second offense, stemming from an incident that occurred on Oct. 19. Court records indicate the responding officer saw Edgerton's vehicle swerving in on 1st Avenue and almost hitting the curb. He was pulled over and a field sobriety test was administered because the responding officer noted that Edgerton smelled of intoxicants. Edgerton had a preliminary breath test of .174 percent blood-alcohol concentration. He has a pretrial conference set for Jan. 20.

• Humberto Olmos, 30, Monroe, was released on a $1,500 signature bond with additional conditions that he have no violent or abusive contact with the alleged victim. Olmos is charged with domestic abuse-related disorderly conduct and battery stemming from an incident that occurred on Nov. 2. Court records indicate he yelled and swore at his pregnant girlfriend and then bit her cheek, pulled her hair and slapped her face during an argument. He has a pretrial conference set for Jan. 20.

• John W. Keeran, 34, Monroe, was released on a $750 signature bond with additional conditions that he not drink or enter bars and liquor stores. Keeran is charged with DWI and driving with a prohibited blood-alcohol concentration stemming from an incident that occurred on Oct. 19. Court records indicate Keeran backed his vehicle into a parked car in the Suisse Haus parking lot. The responding officer noted that Keeran was slurring his words, swaying and his eyes were glossy. A field sobriety test was conducted and Keeran had a PAC of .19 percent. He has a pretrial conference set for Jan. 20.

• Anthony R. Floerke, 22, Monroe, was released on a $1,500 signature bond with additional conditions that he not do drugs or possess drug paraphernalia. Floerke is charged with disorderly conduct, carrying a facsimile of a firearm and possession of marijuana and drug parphernalia, stemming from an incident that occurred on Oct. 18. Police reports indicate the reporting party alleged Floerke pointed a gun at them from his car. Police searched his car and found a BB gun as well as a knife on Floerke's person and some marijuana and a pot pipe. He has a pretrial conference set for Jan. 20.
