On Monday:
Scott Thomas Creed, 20, Green County Jail, was sentenced to 540 days in local jail for his revocation hearing with an additional two years probation. Creed was convicted on two counts of possessing child pornography in November 2011. Creed was 17 when he was found guilty of downloading digital images of children engaged in sexual acts. He owes the court $536.
Lindsay Faith Mohrbacher, 30, Brodhead, was released on a $2,000 signature bond with additional conditions that she not possess or consume any controlled substances and have no contact with the Pleasant View Nursing Home. Court records indicate Mohrbacher called in fraudulent prescriptions to Pinnow Pharmacy in Brodhead and to Shopko and Walmart in Monroe for medications containing hydrocodone on July 29. She has a preliminary hearing set for June 13.
William R. McGough, 64, Albany, had a signature bond set at $2,000 for charges of possessing a firearm contrary to a court order. Court records indicate McGough attempted to purchase a 12-guage shotgun from Walmart on March 28, despite a previous injunction that he not possess a firearm until April 21, 2015. McGough told the responding officer he did not know the injunction was still in effect and wanted the gun for home safety. He has a preliminary hearing set for June 5.
Stephen A. Steiner, 21, Browntown, had a signature bond set at $3,600 with additional conditions that he have no contact with Town of Cadiz officials or employees or the Town Hall or the Town garage located in the 8000 block of County B, Browntown. Steiner was charged on April 1, with two counts of burglary, both Class F felonies; two counts of theft of moveable property, Class I felonies; and two counts of felony bail jumping. If convicted for the maximum penalty, Steiner could face up to 82-and-a-half years imprisonment or $90,000 in fines or both.

Dustin A. Carstensen, 26, Dodgeville, was found guilty due to a no-contest plea of DWI, second offense, on Tuesday. Carstensen will serve 30 days in jail with work-release privileges, have his driver's license revoked for 16 months and an ignition interlock system installed upon relicensing. Court records indicate Carstensen was stopped for driving erratically on Wis. 59 near Edmunds Road, Albany Township, on Sept. 29. He had a PAC of .216 percent. Carstensen owes the court $1,494.

Corey E. Thornton, 23, Stoughton, had a felony charge of eluding an officer via vehicle reduced to a forfeiture charge of failing to stop for an emergency vehicle. Thornton was found guilty due to a no-contest plea. According to court records, Thornton was arrested on Oct. 24 for fleeing an officer in a red two-door on Wisconsin 104 north of Borchardt Road, Decatur Township. He owes the court $355.50.
Hank Schmidt, 76, Grayslake, Ill., was found guilty due to a no-contest plea of failing to attach a tag to a deer carcass. Court records indicate Schmidt was hunting on Bernard Faust's land near Jordan Center Road, Town of Jordan, and did not have an anterless deer tag. The charge is an unclassified misdemeanor resulting in a fine of $2,268 owed to the court. He is also suspended from receiving a hunting or fishing license for three years.
Bernard Faust, 74, Mount Prospect, Ill., was found guilty due to a no-contest plea of failing to obtain a hunting license. Court records indicate Faust was in a tree-stand hunting for deer with a shotgun on Nov. 23, and told DNR wardens he did not have a hunting license. Faust owes the court $2,268.
Gregory L. Butler, 70, Monroe, had a signature bond set at $1,500 with additional conditions that he not drink or enter bars and liquor stores. Court records indicate law enforcement responded to a call about a man with facial injuries staggering around a truck in the 2700 block of 27th Street on April 1. Butler told the responding officer that he was punched at a tavern. During the field sobriety test, the responding officer had to catch Butler before he fell during a walk-and-turn test. Butler had a prohibited alcohol concentration of .297 percent. He has a pre-trial conference set for June 17.
John J. Eberle, 50, Monroe, had a signature bond set at $500 with additional conditions that he have no abusive contact with his wife or with the residence in the 2500 block of 1st Street. Court records indicate Eberle was intoxicated and repeatedly rang the doorbell of his soon-to-be ex-wife's boyfriend's house, pulled the spark plugs out of the car she was driving and stole her purse on April 1. He has a pre-trial conference set for June 17.
Milo V. Newton, 34, Freeport, had a signature bond set at $500 with additional conditions that he not drink. Court records indicate Newton was charged with misdemeanor bail jumping on April 17 for drinking while on bail set for charges of domestic abuse-related battery and disorderly conduct in a different case. Newton had an alcohol concentration of .072 percent when the vehicle he was a passenger in was pulled over for a traffic violation.
Eric Lee Runaas, 24, Albany, had a signature bond set at $250 with additional conditions that he not possess or consume any controlled substances without a prescription. According to court records, law enforcement were notified there was a man parked at the intersection of 21st Street and Wisconsin 69 on Feb. 17, who had not moved for five minutes. The responding officer wrote in his report that Runaas was sweating profusely, had bloodshot eyes and there was vomit all over the interior of the car. The officer asked Runaas to zip up his coat before performing a field sobriety test, to which Runaas responded, "My zipper doesn't have a coat." The officer found two tablets of tramadol hydrochloride in the center console of the car. Runaas has a pre-trial conference set for June 17.
Brandon A. Sayler, 42, Monroe, had a signature bond set at $1,500 with additional conditions that he not drink or enter bars or liquor stores. Court records indicate Sayler was stopped by law enforcement for swerving around another car and speeding, but Sayler kept driving until he reached his home on April 6. In front of the residence, the responding officer performed a field sobriety test and Sayler had a PAC of .234 percent. Sayler's wife came out of the residence and allegedly told officers Sayler was probably drunk. He has a pre-trial conference set for June 24.
Markus A. Wallgren, 25, Argyle, had a signature bond set at $2,000 with additional conditions that he not drink and have no contact with Stop N Go in the 1600 block of 9th Street. Court records indicate Wallgren was intoxicated and yelling in the gas station on April 28. He also ran into the road, disrupting the lane of traffic. He has a pre-trial conference set for June 3.

Timmy Lansing Johnson Jr., 25, Dubuque, was released on a $5,000 signature bond on Monday for eight counts of felony bail jumping. Johnson Jr. was on bail for a previous charge of taking a vehicle without consent on March 3. He was charged with eight counts of bail jumping stemming from an incident that occurred on March 20. Johnson Jr. has a preliminary hearing set for May 19.

Timothy K. Lattin, 26, Argyle, had a cash bond set at $200 for forfeiture charges of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Lattin was arrested for possession on Feb. 22 after Lafayette County sheriff's deputies responded to a noise complaint on Galena Street, Argyle. Lattin has an adjourned initial appearance set for May 12.
Jose Angenis Hernandez-Hernandez, 17, Addison, Ill., was released on a $1,000 signature bond for charges of possessing marijuana and misdemeanor bail jumping. Hernandez-Hernandez was charged with possession on Feb. 2. He was on bail from a previous case for similar charges of possessing drug paraphernalia on Oct. 28.
