On Thursday:

• Duane R. Rodebaugh, 32, Monroe, was found guilty due to a no-contest plea of misdemeanor disorderly conduct, he also had two counts of bail jumping dismissed. He will serve 30 days in jail with work release privileges. The charges stem from an incident that occurred on April 19. Court records indicate Rodebaugh was involved in a fight with another man in the 1400 block of 17th Street, Monroe. He also had a warrant out for his arrest for failing to appear for a court date in Lafayette County. He owes a forfeiture fine of $343.

• Jerome E. Bass, 22, Monroe, was found guilty due to a no-contest plea of resisting an officer. He will serve 40 days in jail with work release privileges. The charge stems from an incident that occurred on April 11. He owes the court $443.

On Wednesday:

• Cletus M. Pink, 56, Argyle, was found guilty due to a guilty plea of driving with a prohibited blood alcohol concentration, third offense, he also had a charge of driving while intoxicated dismissed. Pink will serve 28 days in jail with work release privileges, is ordered not to drink, do drugs, enter bars or liquor stores, have his driver's license revoked for 30 months, upon relicensing he must install an ignition interlock system and he will be on probation for 18 months. Court records indicate Pink was arrested following a traffic accident that occurred on Oct. 5. His vehicle hit a culvert on County G, Argyle, where it became stuck. Pink fled the scene but was later found by deputies. He owes no fines.

• Mark W. Scott, 56, Shullsburg, was found guilty due to a no-contest plea of disorderly conduct, he also had another count of disorderly conduct dismissed. The charge stems from an incident that occurred on Oct. 27. He owes a forfeiture fine of $330.50.

• William S. McCabe, 49, Verona, was found guilty due to a guilty plea of driving with a PAC, second offense; he also had one count of DWI dismissed. McCabe will serve 30 days in jail with work release privileges, have his driver's license revoked for 16 months, he must undergo alcohol and other drugs assessment classes, and he must install an ignition interlock system for a period of 16 months after being relicensed. The charge stems from an incident that occurred on Nov. 27. According to court records, McCabe was pulled over after a deputy received a traffic complaint on U.S. 151, Kendall Township. He was arrested for DWI and cited for having open containers in his vehicle. He owes a fine of $1,509.
