Misdemeanors

On Monday:

• Valerie A. Reichling, 31, Monroe, was found guilty due to a no-contest plea of driving while intoxicated, third offense. She also had a charge of driving with a prohibited alcohol concentration dismissed. She will serve six months imprisonment with work release privileges, have her driver's license revoked for 30 months and upon relicensing, an ignition interlock will be installed for a period of one year. Court records indicate an anonymous caller reported a driver who appeared drunk driving northbound on Wisconsin 69 on Aug. 23. The responding officer pulled Reichling over after seeing her license was suspended. The officer reported smelling an odor of intoxicants coming from her vehicle and noticed Reichling's speech was slurred. She refused a field sobriety test, preliminary breath test and blood test. The officer found two bottles of Boston Rum in the passenger side compartment. One bottle was one-quarter full and the other was three-quarters full. A warrant was written up to gather Reichling's blood and found she had a PAC of .214 percent. She owes the court $3,268.

• Valerie A. Reichling, 31, Monroe, had a misdemeanor charge of bail jumping dismissed on a prosecutor's motion. Reichling was charged with bail jumping stemming from an incident that occurred on Feb. 6. She owes no fines because the charge was dismissed. She also had a separate charge of misdemeanor bail jumping that occurred on Jan 31 dismissed.

• Dominique A. Ropele, 18, Monroe, had a misdemeanor charge of contributing to truancy dismissed on a prosecutor's motion. The charge stems from an incident that occurred on Feb. 20. She owes no fines because the charge was dismissed.

• Jeffrey C. Miller Jr., 20, Browntown, had a signature bond set at $500 with additional conditions that he not drink or do drugs and that he must reside with his grandmother. Court records indicate a resident called police and said a man and someone else were throwing things around Browntown Community Park. The responding officer found Miller sitting in front of a residence where Miller told the officer he was drunk and proceeded to turn around and put his hands behind his head. Miller said he and a juvenile girl were drinking rum and Coke but denied breaking any park property. The officer located a broken flower pot, a pile of vomit and a flipped over picnic table at the park. Miller's PBT came in at .19 percent. He has a pre-trial conference set for June 24.

• Viktor Grumbach, 72, Northbrook, Ill., had a misdemeanor charge of failure to attach a tag to a deer carcass dismissed on a prosecutor's motion. The charge stems from an incident that occurred on Nov. 23. He owes no fines because the charge was dismissed.

Lafayette County

Misdemeanors

• Whitney M. Clasen, 23, Darlington, entered a not-guilty plea and had a signature bond set at $1,000 on Monday with additional conditions that she have no abusive contact with the victim in this case. Clasen is charged with one count of battery and one count of disorderly conduct. The charges stem from a domestic disturbance that occurred on March 16. If convicted for the maximum penalty Clasen could face up to one year and three months imprisonment or $11,000 in fines or both.

• Markus A. Wallgren, 25, Argyle, entered a not-guilty plea to charges of misdemeanor possession of cocaine and bail jumping. The charges stem from an incident that occurred on March 29. Court records indicate Wallgren was on bail in a previous case for a charge of obstructing an officer. If convicted for the maximum penalty he could face up to $11,000 in fines or one year imprisonment or both.
