Green County
Misdemeanors
Danielle A. Bauer, 29, Monroe, was granted a 12-month deferred prosecution May 15 on misdemeanor charges of disorderly conduct, battery, bail jumping, sending a threatening computer message and obstructing an officer. Conditions of the agreement include attending quarterly monitoring conferences and having no contact with the victim. If she complies with all conditions, the charges will be dismissed. Court records indicate on Aug. 7, in the 2500 block of Coplien Road in Monroe, Bauer punched and clawed a woman after seeing the woman holding a puppy Bauer had purchased for her boyfriend's daughter, then later lied to an officer about it. In November, Bauer allegedly sent a threatening Facebook message to the same woman. In February, Bauer allegedly had contact with a man in violation of bond conditions.
Tina M. Hull, 30, Monroe, was charged May 18 with misdemeanor bail jumping, stemming from a traffic stop the day before in the 2800 block of 13th Street. Court records indicate Hull was a passenger in the car and officers smelled alcohol on her breath. A breathalyzer test revealed Hull had a blood-alcohol concentration of 0.05 percent, in violation of a no-alcohol bond condition in a pending second-offense charge of operating while intoxicated.
