On Thursday:
• Justin M. Mojica, 32, Madison, was sentenced to one year of probation as part of a deferred prosecution agreement for a charge of domestic abuse-related disorderly conduct. Mojica also had charges of domestic abuse-related disorderly conduct, battery and criminal damage to property dismissed. Court records indicate that on Oct. 28, Mojica yelled at his boyfriend and threw cat feces at him. Mojica also kicked and broke two glass tables and punched the victim in his face multiple times. An estimated $1,300 worth of damage was done to the tables. Mojica owes a fine of $343.
