Kenneth Claus Greve Jr., 29, Monroe, was found guilty Wednesday, March 5 due to a no contest plea of pointing a .40 caliber handgun at Chris McGoff outside of a garage at a residence in the 500 block of 21st Street, Monroe, on June 12. Claus Greve Jr. also had charges of disorderly conduct dismissed on a prosecutor's motion. He owes $210 in restitution fees to McGoff and $176 to the court. Claus Greve Jr. is also prohibited from possessing any firearms or consuming intoxicants. He is also to undergo treatment and counseling for anger management.
