On Monday:
Ryan J. Coyle, 26, Dane County Jail, was found guilty due to a no-contest plea of burglary and theft of moveable property greater than $10,000. Coyle was sentenced to two years in prison and four years extended supervision to be served consecutively to his other sentences. He is ordered to pay back restitution at a rate of 25 percent of his prison wages until he is released with the balance to be paid back during extended supervision. He is also ordered to gain and maintain full-time employment upon release, have no contact with the victim or co-defendants Justin Wenger and William Wilke and he is ordered to maintain absolute sobriety. Court records indicate Coyle and the co-defendants burglarized a New Glarus Home on 14th Avenue. Wenger and Wilke entered the home and stole an 800-pound safe containing 12 firearms and $153,000 in cash in September 2012. Coyle helped Wilke and Wenger load the safe into a truck. Coyle burned his portion of the money, worrying that he would be caught. Wenger bought two cars with his share and Wilke reportedly spent the cash on drugs and child support money. Coyle owes a fine of $352 and about $55,000 in restitution. Wenger is currently serving a five-year prison sentence. Wilke is serving a ten-year sentence.
Mark J. Dieckman, 30, Monroe, was released on a $3,000 signature bond with conditions that he have no contact with the alleged victim in this case or a residence on 6 1/2 Street, Monroe. Dieckman is charged with a felony count of burglary and a misdemeanor count of theft of moveable property less than or equal to $2,500 stemming from an incident that occurred on April 30. If convicted for the maximum penalty on all counts, Dieckman could face up to 12 years and 18 months in prison or $35,000 in fines or both. He has a preliminary hearing set for April 16.
Gerald J. Wright, 25, Freeport, was released on a $1,500 signature bond with conditions that he not do drugs or possess drug paraphernalia. Wright is charged with possession of cocaine, second or greater offense, and obstruction of an officer stemming from an incident that occurred on Feb. 6. Court records indicate Wright was pulled over on 9th Street and a baggy containing 1.1 grams of alleged cocaine was found in a cigarette pack in the vehicle. When first approached by police, Wright allegedly said his name was Corey Wright. He has a preliminary hearing set for April 14.

Dustin K. Weber, 32, New Glarus, was released on a $1,000 signature bond with conditions that he have no contact with the alleged victim in this case or reside with the victim. Weber is charged with domestic abuse-related disorderly conduct and battery stemming from an incident that occurred on Feb. 6. If convicted for the maximum penalty on all charges, Weber could face up to one year in jail or $11,000 in fines or both. He has a pretrial conference set for May 19.
Scott H. West, 27, Juda, was released on a $1,000 signature bond with conditions that he have no contact with the alleged victim in this case or a residence in the W2900 block of Washington Street, Juda. West is charged with domestic abuse-related disorderly conduct and bail jumping, stemming from an incident on Feb. 4. If convicted for the maximum penalty on all charges, West could face up to one year in jail or $11,000 in fines or both. He has a pretrial conference set for April 7.
