Misdemeanors

♦ Heather Lynn Prinkey, 42, Belleville, was sentenced March 13 on six separate misdemeanor cases stemming from numerous arrests in 2015, 2016 and 2017. She pleaded guilty to violating a harassment restraining order, misdemeanor bail jumping, a third offense of operating while intoxicated and five counts of disorderly conduct. Other similar charges were dismissed as part of a plea deal. She was sentenced to three years on probation and 45 days in jail, with conditions that she pay restitution and not possess or consume intoxicants or any controlled substance not prescribed to her by a physician. She is also ordered to have no contact with six people and undergo mental health treatment and counseling for alcohol or other drug abuse. The cases stem from 11 encounters with police over about 2 1/2 years. Most involve family disputes over child custody in the Brodhead area in which Prinkey reportedly screamed profanities and threatened a man and his family members, harassed him, scratched his neck and in one case tried to run him off the road. On Nov. 10, 2016, she was arrested for her third offense of operating while intoxicated after police stopped her on Wisconsin 69 near County DR, Town of Monroe, for "traveling all over the roadway as well as into the shoulder."

Felonies

♦ Tiffany-Lee Chastity Holzer, 32, Cushing, Oklahoma, was granted a three-year deferred prosecution March 20 on six Class I felony counts of failure to pay child support between 2013 and 2016. Conditions of her agreement include paying $12/week to the Wisconsin Support Collections Trust Fund, staying employed, submitting federal tax returns and attending quarterly monitoring conferences (by phone OK). If she complies with the agreement, the case will be fully dismissed.

♦ Nicholas Tyler Dasko, 19, Brodhead, was charged Jan. 5 with felony bail jumping, stemming from an incident Dec. 9. Court records indicate he showed up at a residence where he was ordered to have no contact as a condition of bond. He told police he thought that condition of bond had been lifted. He has a pre-trial conference April 17.

♦ Dustin Cody Ruthven, 32, Monroe, charged Jan. 29 with a Class I felony charge of possessing THC (second or greater offense) and a misdemeanor of possessing drug paraphernalia, stemming from a traffic stop Jan. 16 on a Wis. 11 off-ramp in Monroe for having a headlight out. A K-9 alerted to the presence of drugs, and police found about a third of an ounce of marijuana and a pipe in the vehicle. He has a pre-trial conference June 5.
