On Monday, March 24:
Randy T. Kruser, 48, Monroe, had a signature bond set at $10,000 with additional conditions that he have no contact with Monroe Trucking Equipment or contact with the victims of the alleged crime. Kruser was charged with receiving stolen property, a Class G Felony, on March 1. Kruser has a preliminary hearing set for April 11.

Rebecca L. Eberle, 26, Monroe, had a signature bond set at $300 for charges of resisting an officer stemming from an incident that occurred on Feb. 22. Court records indicate Eberle allegedly neglected to tell officers about a fight at a house in the 1300 block of 17th Avenue. Two men allegedly got into a fight after one of the men knocked Eberle down, though Eberle told officers he "never laid his hands on me." Officers later looked through Eberle's phone messages that allegedly said a man had shoved her. She has a pre-trial conference set for May 6.
Dominique A. Ropele, 18, Monroe, had a signature bond of $300 set for charges of contributing to truancy, a Class C Misdemeanor. Court records indicate Ropele allegedly drove three minors around Monroe on Feb. 20 during school hours while smoking cigarettes and marijuana. Ropele has pre-trial conference set for May 6.
Samantha J. Siegel, 23, Argyle, entered a plea of not guilty and had a signature bond set at $500 with additional conditions that she not use drugs or drive without a valid driver's license. Siegel was charged with forfeiture misdemeanors for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia on Feb. 15. She has a pre-trial conference set for May 20.
Elvia I. Edler, 28, Monroe, entered a plea of not guilty and had a signature bond of $1,000 with additional conditions that she have no violent contact with the victim for charges of domestic abuse-related disorderly conduct and battery. Elder was charged on Saturday, March 22 for two misdemeanor counts of domestic abuse. She has a pre-trial conference set for May 6.

Jonathon D. Groom, 31, Shullsburg, had a signature bond set at $3,000 for charges of two Class I Felony counts of child abuse and one misdemeanor charge of child neglect. Groom was charged on Jan. 28, 2013. He has an adjourned initial appearance set for April 7.

Justin J. Nelson, 25, Argyle, had a signature bond set at $1,000 with additional conditions that he not enter the premises located in the 500 block of Colfax Street, Argyle. Nelson was charged with criminal trespassing on Feb. 23 after he allegedly entered a residence and later attempted to enter another residence on the same street. Nelson has an adjourned initial appearance set for April 7.
Emily K. Murphy, 34, Argyle, had a cash bond set at $150 with additional conditions that she have no abusive contact with the victim. Murphy was charged with domestic abuse-related disorderly conduct on Dec. 21. Murphy has an arraignment hearing set for April 7.
