Felonies

• Kevin M. Gaulrapp, 26, Monroe, was sentenced to one year on probation Tuesday as a part of a deferred prosecution agreement for charges of domestic abuse-related disorderly conduct and battery. Gaulrapp also had a charge of strangulation dismissed. The charges stem from an incident that occurred Sept. 22. Court records indicate Gaulrapp yelled and swore at his girlfriend at the time, choked her and threw her against a wall. The responding officer wrote in his report that the victim had swelling and bruises on her neck, back and shoulders. Gaulrapp owes a fine of $263.

• Adrian Selena Rachel Schutte, 31, Monroe, was released on a $2,000 signature bond Monday with conditions that she have no contact with the alleged victim and have no financial cards issued to her. Schutte is charged with two felony counts of misappropriating ID info to obtain money and two misdemeanor counts of fraudulent use of a credit card, stemming from an incident that occurred Aug. 9. Court records indicate she allegedly took a debit card and withdrew about $250 in cash from two different banks the same day. Schutte has a preliminary hearing set for April 8.



Misdemeanors

• Michelle L. Wainwright, 49, Albany, was found guilty due to a no-contest plea Tuesday of driving with a prohibited blood-alcohol concentration, third offense; she also had a charge of driving while intoxicated, third offense, dismissed. Wainwright was sentenced to 90 days in jail with work release privileges, will have her license revoked for two years and is ordered to install an ignition interlock device for one year upon relicensing. Court records indicate that on Nov. 20, an officer observed Wainwright swerve into the opposite lane on 6th Avenue in Monroe. The officer wrote in the report Wainwright was slurring her words. And a field sobriety test was conducted and she had a preliminary breath test of .159 percent and a PAC of .176 percent. Wainwright owes a fine of $1,746.

On Monday:

• Adrian Selena Rachel Schutte, 31, Monroe, was released on a $1,000 signature bond with conditions that she have no contact with the alleged victims in this case. Schutte is charged with receiving or concealing stolen property and theft by false representation stemming from an incident that occurred in September 2012. Court records indicate Schutte allegedly took various items including arrowheads worth about $200 from a residence in Monroe and sold the items. The victim discovered the arrowheads at the home of a a friend who had purchased the items. The items were returned to the owner. Schutte has a plea hearing set for April 8.

• Jacquilyn H. Rowley, 22, Brodhead, was released on a $1,000 signature bond with conditions that she have no violent or abusive contact with the alleged victim. Rowley is charged with disorderly conduct, contact after a domestic abuse arrest and bail jumping stemming from an incident that occurred on Feb. 8. Court records indicate Rowley allegedly yelled and swore at the victim and then kicked a Chevrolet Blazer truck while the victim was inside. After being arrested and posting bond, Rowley violated the 72-hour no-contact domestic abuse injunction with the victim by returning and yelling and pounding on the door to the victim's home. She has a pretrial conference set for April 28.

• Chelsea L. Reine, 23, Monroe, was released on a $750 signature bond with conditions that she have no violent or abusive contact with the alleged victim. Reine is charged with disorderly conduct and bail jumping, stemming from an incident that occurred on Oct. 19. Court records indicate Reine was allegedly yelling loudly at the victim on 8th Street in Monroe and woke up a resident and his child. Reine has a pretrial conference set for April 21.
