On Monday, March 17:

• Oscar Martinez-Herrera, 24, Darlington, was found guilty due to a guilty plea of battery, a Class A Misdemeanor. He also had charges of disorderly conduct dismissed. Court records indicate Martinez-Herrera "backhanded" a woman in the face on July 25 at an apartment on Madison Street, Darlington. He owes the court $343.

• Dale J. Hammer Jr. had a signature bond of $1,000 set with additional conditions that he not threaten or engage in any violent conduct towards the alleged victim. Hammer Jr. was charged with domestic abuse-related disorderly conduct, a Class B Misdemeanor, stemming from an incident that occurred on Dec. 12. He has an adjourned initial appearance set for March 24.
