Felonies
• Nathan S. Egli, 39, Spring Green, was found guilty Tuesday due to a guilty plea of one count of Class H felony bail jumping. Egli served two days in jail. The charge stems from an incident that occurred on Dec. 28. Court records indicate he violated bond by committing another crime in dialing 911 when there was no emergency. He owes the court $518.
Misdemeanors
On Monday:
• Bryan S. Wehe, 24, Browntown, had a signature bond set at $500 with additional conditions that he not drive without a valid driver's license, not possess or consume any controlled substances or possess drug paraphernalia. Wehe is charged with possessing drug paraphernalia and misdemeanor bail jumping. His charges stem from an incident that occurred Sunday. Court records indicate Wehe was pulled over for not having a front license plate on his vehicle. The responding officer knew Wehe from other contacts and asked if there were drugs in the vehicle. Wehe said there was a spoon and syringe in the driver's side door used to take heroin. The articles were found, but a test of the residue on the spoon was inconclusive. He has a pre-trial conference set for July 3.
• Joseph A. Banuelos, 32, Monroe, had bond set at $3,000 with additional conditions that he remain in either Green or Dane counties and have no violent or abusive contact with the victim in this case. Banuelos is charged with one misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct and one count of criminal damage to property. The charges stem from an incident that occurred on Saturday. Court records allege Banuelos yelled and swore at his girlfriend. He also punched a wall, headbutted a closet door causing damage, kicked a vacuum cleaner, breaking it, and kicked a wall, denting it. The cost for repairs was estimated at $200. He has a pretrial conference Aug. 5.
• Harley R. D. French, 20, South Wayne, had a signature bond set at $500 with additional conditions that he not do drugs or possess drug paraphernalia. French is charged with one count of possession of marijuana. The charge stems from an incident that occurred on May 14. Court records indicate French was pulled over after an officer ran his plates and found his license revoked. K-9 unit Cody alerted to drugs in the vehicle, and the responding officer found a small amount of suspected marijuana at the bottom of a slightly full soda can. French initially denied owning the soda can, but then said it was his. He has a pretrial conference set for Aug. 5.
• Wendy K. Gerke, 46, Browntown, was released on a signature bond of $500 with additional conditions that she have no contact with Monroe Pick N' Save. Gerke is charged with misdemeanor retail theft. The charge stems from an incident that occurred on May 21. Court records allege Gerke attempted to steal almost $300 worth of groceries from Monroe Pick N' Save. Another customer notified management that Gerke had taken the groceries out to her car. The manager approached her asking for a receipt which she would not produce. They walked back the cart to the store, and as they approached the doors Gerke allegedly ran away and got into her vehicle. She later went to the Monroe Police Department and told the responding officer she had forgotten her checkbook to pay for the groceries. She has a pretrial conference set for Aug. 5.
• Michael W. Kaderly, 45, Monroe, was released on a $1,500 signature bond with additional conditions that he not drink or have abusive contact with the victim in this case. Kaderly is charged with one count of domestic abuse-related disorderly conduct and one count of battery. The charges stem from an incident that occurred on May 27. Court records indicate Kaderly had been drinking with his wife in their residence when they began to argue, and he punched her multiple times in the face and head. The responding officer noted that the victim had two black eyes, a cut on her cheek and bruising on her chest area. When the officer asked Kaderly what happened he said, "nothing, my wife is crazy." He has a pretrial conference set for July 15.
• Ryan M. Kundert, 27, Monroe, was released on a $500 signature bond with additional conditions that he not do drugs or possess drug paraphernalia. Kundert is charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. The charge stems from an incident that occurred on May 29. Court records allege Kundert was pulled over in the 1500 block of 12th Avenue, Town of Monroe, after the responding officer ran his plates and found Kundert's license was revoked. The officer found a glass pot pipe in the center console of Kundert's vehicle. He also has pending driving while intoxicated charges as a result of this incident. He has a pretrial conference set for June 22.
• David E. Leu, 25, Monroe, was released on a $1,000 signature bond with additional conditions that he have no violent or abusive contact with the victim in this case. Leu is charged with disorderly conduct with the use of a dangerous weapon. The charge stems from an incident that occurred on June 4. Court records indicate Leu was accompanying his brother to go visit their estranged father in Madison. The boys got into an argument and Leu punched his brother in the face. He also allegedly threw a cup of hot coffee at the victim. Leu has a pretrial conference set for Aug. 5.
• Cesar M. M. Adorno, 24, Monroe, had a signature bond set at $1,000 with additional conditions that he have no violent or abusive contact with the victim in this case. Adorno is charged with one count of domestic abuse-related disorderly conduct and one count of resisting an officer. The charges stem from an incident that occurred on May 24. Court records allege Adorno yelled and swore at his roommate and shoved her. He also gave the responding officer a false name and birth date. Adorno has a pretrial conference set for July 15.
• Nicholas D. Templeton, 18, Evansville, had a signature bond set at $5,000 with additional conditions that he have no contact with the victim in this case. Templeton is charged with one count of disorderly conduct with use of a dangerous weapon and two counts of violating a restraining order. The charges stem from an incident that occurred on June 14. Court records indicate Templeton chased a truck on County E that had a passenger whom had a restraining order against him. He allegedly pulled into a ditch in an attempt to pass the truck and slammed on his break forcing the other truck to stop. He then ran at the truck wielding a metal rod. He has a pretrial conference set for July 15.
• Angela A. M. Voigt, 52, New Glarus, had a signature bond set at $500 with additional conditions that she have no contact with the victim in this case. Voigt is charged with one count of domestic abuse-related disorderly conduct. The charge stems from an incident that occurred on Oct. 3. If convicted for the maximum penalty she could face up to $1,000 in fines or 90 days in jail or both. She has a pretrial conference set for Aug. 19.

Misdemeanors
• Francisco T. Alonso-Ortiz Jr., 24, Shullsburg, had a signature bond set at $1,500 on Tuesday, with additional conditions that he not drink, do drugs, go to bars or liquor stores and submit to blood, breath, saliva or urine tests for alcohol if deemed necessary by law enforcement. Alonso-Ortiz is charged with DWI and driving with a prohibited alcohol concentration, both second offenses. The charges stem from an incident that occurred on March 9. If convicted for the maximum penalty he could face up to $1,100 in fines, up to six months imprisonment, driver's license revocation for one year and an ignition interlock device installed for one year after relicensing. He has an arraignment hearing set for July 18.
