Misdemeanors

On Monday:

• Joshua D. Lemke, 41, New Glarus, had a signature bond set at $750 with additional conditions that he not drink or have any violent or abusive contact with the alleged victim in this case. Lemke is charged with one count of domestic abuse-related disorderly conduct and one count of bail jumping. The charges stem from an incident that took place on June 13. If convicted for the maximum penalty he could face up to one year of imprisonment or $11,000 in fines or both. Lemke has a pretrial conference set for Sept. 16.

• Derick R. Hartman, 17, Brodhead, had a signature bond set at $750 with additional conditions that he not physically handle firearms. Hartman is charged with one count of disorderly conduct stemming from an incident that occurred on June 9. If convicted for the maximum penalty he could face up to 90 days in jail or $1,000 in fines or both. Hartman has a pretrial conference set for Aug. 5.

• Erika Palao Alcala, 40, Brooklyn, had a signature bond set at $150 with additional conditions that she have no violent or abusive contact with the alleged victim in this case. Alcala is charged with one count of disorderly conduct stemming from an incident that occurred on June 4. Court records indicate Alcala yelled and swore at her boyfriend while throwing and smashing dishes against a wall and in a sink. Alcala was allegedly arguing with her boyfriend about her son and how the two don't get along. There were numerous broken dishes and no one was injured. She has a pretrial conference set for Sept. 2.

• Travis A. Lund, 21, Milton, had a signature bond set at $300 with additional conditions that he not drink or have any violent or abusive contact with Samantha Skoien. Lund is charged with one count of disorderly conduct stemming from an incident that occurred on June 15. Court records indicate Lund was arguing with his girlfriend, Skoien, and was wrestling with her at the Sweet Minihaha Campground. When officers arrived Lund had a large gash over his right eye; he told the responding officers he had fallen onto a piece of wood. Witnesses on scene said Lund got on top of Skoien and threatened her. He has a pretrial conference set for Sept. 16.

• Samantha J. Skoien, 22, Janesville, had a signature bond set at $750 with additional conditions that she not drink or have any violent or abusive contact with Travis Lund. Skoien is charged with one count of disorderly conduct and one count of criminal damage to property. The incident occurred at the same location listed above. Court records allege Skoien hit two different vehicles with a metal rod from a horseshoe pit causing damage. One vehicle had a broken mirror, and both had numerous dents. One witness alleged Skoien attacked Lund with the rod. She has a pretrial conference set for Sept. 2.

• Michael J. Kitchen, 19, Brodhead, had a signature bond set at $300 with additional conditions that he have no contact with the Brodhead public boat landing. Kitchen is charged with one count of disorderly conduct stemming from an incident that occurred on June 9. If convicted for the maximum penalty he could face up to 90 days in jail or $1,000 in fines or both. He has a pretrial conference set for Sept. 2.

• Hunter Ray Palmer, 19, Evansville, had his sentence for possession of a controlled substance deferred for six months. If Palmer adheres to all conditions of the deferred prosecution agreement the charge could be expunged. He owes no fines or penalties unless his probation is revoked before six months. Court records indicate that on June 3, Palmer was stopped for a traffic violation and the responding officer found six capsules of Methylphenidate Hydrochloride and one orange Adderall pill in cellophane located on Palmer's person.
