- Charles Devin Hill, 23, Monroe, pleaded no contest and was sentenced to an 18-month deferred prosecution for a Class A misdemeanor charge of bail jumping, stemming from an April 24 incident. He was fined $163. Misdemeanor charges against Hill of bail jumping and resisting an officer, heard the same day in court but stemming from a Feb. 27 incident, were dismissed on the prosecutor's motion.

- Cody R. Schmid, 20, Albany, pleaded no contest and was convicted on Wednesday, Jan. 4, of a Class A misdemeanor charge of domestic abuse-related battery, stemming from an Oct. 24 incident, and a Class B misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct, stemming from a Sept. 10 incident. The prosecutor dismissed a charge of bail jumping and a second disorderly conduct charge. Schmid was sentenced to two days in jail and fined a total of $800.
