- Andrea Kay Anderson, 29, Monticello, pleaded no contest and was convicted Thursday, Dec. 29, of a Class B misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct stemming from an Oct. 23 incident. She was fined $379.

- Cody L. Cromwell, 23, incarcerated in Waupun, was found guilty on Thursday, Dec. 29, of violating the conditions of his probation on Oct. 19, the same day he was sentenced to two years of probation and 60 days in jail for two Class I felony charges of throwing or expelling bodily substances, a Class H felony charge of bail jumping and two Class B misdemeanor charges of disorderly conduct. He has been ordered to serve one year in prison and one year of extended supervision. Conditions of his probation included no contact with his girlfriend without permission and counseling for domestic abuse and mental health. He owes the court $410.

- Bradley Allen Miller, 22, Monticello, pleaded no contest and was convicted Thursday, Dec. 29, of a Class A misdemeanor charge of criminal damage to property. A Class A misdemeanor charge of entering a building or construction site was dismissed. Both charges stem from a Sept. 30 incident. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail, to begin Jan. 17, with Huber release privileges for work and childcare. He was also fined $243.
