MISDEMEANORS

• Leann Marie Osterdock, 44, Brodhead, was fined $330.50 Monday on a non-criminal forfeiture charge of domestic disorderly conduct. Her husband, John William Osterdock, 45, Brodhead, was also charged during the same incident for disorderly conduct and obstructing an officer after repeatedly lying to officers about the situation and threatening to kill the arresting officers and sexually assault their family members. John Osterdock's case has yet to be concluded.

• Kenneth Richard Case, 51, Belleville, was fined $263.50 Tuesday on a non-criminal forfeiture charge of obstructing an officer. The charge stems from a Sept. 12, 2015, incident when a guest at Case's residence reported a domestic disturbance. When police arrived to question Case, he briefly adopted a fighting stance before turning and attempting to leave the scene, according to a police report. A charge of disorderly conduct was dismissed.

• Brenton Allan Drewel, 33, Albany, was fined $393.50 Dec. 28 on a non-criminal forfeiture charge of possession of marijuana, stemming from a traffic stop on May 24, 2015 on Wisconsin 11, Town of Cadiz.
