The court Monday entered a not guilty plea and scheduled a Feb. 23 district attorney conference for Joshua J. Moore, 21, Brodhead, who stood mute to resisting an officer and two disorderly conduct charges.
Court records allege he yelled and hit a man and then struggled with police officers Nov. 22 in Brodhead.
He is charged with resisting an officer, a class A misdemeanor, and two counts of disorderly conduct, both class B misdemeanors. He faces more than one year in jail and up to $12,000 in fines, if convicted.
He remains free on a $1,500 signature bond.

Court records allege she yelled and broke a door during a domestic dispute Dec. 2 at a York township residence.
She is charged with criminal damage to property, a class A misdemeanor, and disorderly conduct, a class B misdemeanor. She faces up to one year in jail and up to $11,000 in fines, if convicted.
She remains free on a $750 signature bond.
