Felonies

• Terry L. Reece, 39, Juda, was found guilty due to a no-contest plea of possession of marijuana on Tuesday; he also had one count of possession of drug paraphernalia dismissed. He owes a forfeiture fine of $583.75. The charges stem from an incident that occurred on July 25. Police reports indicate the State Line Area Narcotics Team executed a search warrant on Reece's home and found him in possession of 4 grams of marijuana and a digital scale used to weigh marijuana.



Misdemeanors

• Ryan D. Timm, 28, Monticello, had one count of carrying a concealed weapon dismissed on a prosecutor's motion on Monday. The charge stems from an incident that occurred on Oct. 25. Timm owes no fines or penalties as the charge was dismissed.

On Tuesday:

• Mitchell E. Boeck, 22, Monroe, was found guilty due to a no-contest plea of disorderly conduct; he also had one count of criminal damage to property dismissed. Boeck owes a forfeiture fine of $579. The charges stem from an incident that occurred on Sept. 4. Court records indicate Boeck and a co-defendant, Brandon Richardson, were arguing in the hallway of an apartment complex and they shoved each other into walls. Richardson told police Boeck slammed him into a door, and Richardson threw Boeck into a wall. The responding officer found a door almost broken off its hinges and two holes in the drywall of the hallway.

• Karmen E. Marshall, 22, Albany, had one count of disorderly conduct dismissed on a prosecutor's motion. The charge stems from an incident that occurred on June 21. She owes no fines or penalties as the charges were dismissed.

• Austin D. Flood, 19, Albany, was released on $500 bond with additional conditions that he not do drugs or possess drug paraphernalia. The charge stems from an incident that occurred on Dec. 26.

• Kenneth M. Johnson, 24, Brodhead, will serve one year on probation starting Friday, as a part of a deferred prosecution agreement for one count of domestic abuse-related criminal damage to property stemming from an incident that occurred on July 17. Johnson also had counts of disorderly conduct and bail jumping dismissed. He also owes a fine of $343.
