Tyler Robert Lesandrini, 22, Platteville, was charged Jan. 3 with unclassified misdemeanor counts of marijuana possession and drug paraphernalia possession. Court records indicate that he was stopped by the Wisconsin State Patrol Dec. 19 on Wis. 11 in the Town of Benton and found with a blue plastic grinder, a glass pipe, rolling papers and a pill bottle and plastic baggies containing marijuana. His initial appearance is Jan. 28.
James Peter Kilkelly, 71, Benton, was charged Jan. 3 with a Class A misdemeanor count of negligently handling burning materials. Court records indicate he burned feed sacks in a barn in the 3700 block of South Holland Road in the Town of Gratiot on Sept. 28. The barn became completely engulfed in flames and was destroyed. His arraignment is Feb. 5.
Jeremy Lee Heins, 29, Shullsburg, was charged Jan. 7 with a Class A misdemeanor count of criminal damage to property and a Class B count of disorderly conduct. Court records indicate he punched a laptop computer and threw a phone on the floor during an argument Oct. 25 at a residence in the 400 block of East Trunk Street in Shullsburg. His arraignment is Feb. 5.
Amber M. Gleason, 22, Benton, was charged Jan. 11 with writing two worthless checks on May 16 to Zephyr Depot, Benton, in the amounts of $82.23 and $15.67. The charges are Class A misdemeanors. Her initial appearance is Jan. 28.
Joshua D. Fox, 37, and Rachael Marie Walton, 36, both of rural Argyle, were each charged Jan. 15 with a Class B count of disorderly conduct related to an incident at their home on County Y in the Town of Wiota. Court records indicate they pushed each other and she threw a television on the floor and hit him in the back of the head. Their initial appearance is Feb. 4.
