Felonies

On Tuesday:

• Byron D. Tillman, 30, Rockford, was found guilty due to a no-contest plea of possession of cocaine with intent to sell. Tillman will serve 36 months on probation with conditions that he seek out and maintain employment, undergo alcohol and other drug assessment classes with possible interstate compact with Illinois to serve out his probation. The charge stems from an incident that occurred in February 2013. Police reports indicate Tillman was arrested at an apartment in Monroe and found in possession of 4.9 grams of crack cocaine. Several witnesses tipped drug agents that Tillman was dealing crack in the parking lot of the apartment complex. He owes a fine of $176.

• William C. Sangermano II, 22, Brodhead, was found guilty due to a no-contest plea of manufacturing marijuana. Sangermano owes a fine of $176. The charges stem from an incident that occurred on Sept. 4. Court records indicate Sangermano sold 2.2 grams of marijuana oil, also known as "dabs," and 5.5 grams of marijuana to an undercover State Line Area Narcotics Task force agent.



Misdemeanors

• Jennifer Jones, 40, Monroe, was sentenced on Tuesday to one year of probation as a part of a deferred prosecution agreement for one count of battery. The charge stems from an incident that occurred on Aug. 17. Court records indicate Jones attacked a woman as she was walking down 16th Avenue in Monroe and pulled on the victim's hair. Jones paid a fine of $243.



Lafayette County

Misdemeanor

• Chad E. Gutkowski, 30, Mayville, was found guilty due to a guilty plea on Tuesday of driving with a prohibited blood-alcohol concentration, second offense. Gutkowski will serve five days in jail, have his license revoked for 14 months and have an ignition interlock device installed upon relicensing. Gutkowski also had one count of driving while intoxicated, second offense, dismissed. The charges stem from an incident that occurred on Sept. 5. He owes a fine of $1,257.
