The court Tuesday scheduled a Feb. 16 district attorney conference for Debbie J. Key, 40, Monroe, who is charged with two counts of delivering cocaine.
Court records allege she delivered more than 3 grams of cocaine to an undercover officer Jan. 29 in Monroe, and more than 3 grams of cocaine to an undercover officer Feb. 20.
She is charged with two counts of delivering cocaine, both class F felonies. She faces up to 25 years in prison and up to $50,000 in fines, if convicted.
She remains free on a $6,000 signature bond.
The court Tuesday scheduled a Feb. 16 district attorney conference for Daniel J. Kundert, 19, Monroe, who is charged with drug possession, obstructing an officer and bail jumping.
Court records allege he had narcotic drugs in his vehicle and gave police false information Oct. 30 in Monroe. He was on bond for possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and carrying a concealed weapon at the time of his arrest.
He is charged with possession of a narcotic drug, a class I felony, obstructing an officer and bail jumping, both class A misdemeanors. He faces more than four years in prison and up to $30,000 in fines, if convicted.
He remains free on a $2,000 signature bond.

Court records allege she was intoxicated when stopped by deputies Oct. 23 in Decatur township.
She is charged with drunken driving, fifth- or six-offense, and driving with a prohibited alcohol concentration, fifth- or sixth-offense, both class H felonies. She faces up to 12 years in prison and up to $50,000 in fines, if convicted.
She remains jailed.

Court records allege he grabbed a girl by the neck, choked her and threw her to the ground Aug. 27 at a Monroe residence.
He is charged with physical abuse of a child, a class H felony, battery, a class A misdemeanor, and disorderly conduct, a class B misdemeanor. He faces up to seven years in prison and up to $21,000 in fines, if convicted.
He remains free on a $4,000 signature bond.
In a second case, the court scheduled a Jan. 27 plea/sentencing hearing for charges of theft and bail jumping.
Court records allege he took eight compact disc players or radios from a person in Clarno township between Oct. 5 and Oct. 6. He was on bond for the previous case at the time of the incident.
He is charged with bail jumping, a class H felony, and theft, a class A misdemeanor. He faces more than six years in prison and up to $20,000 in fines, if convicted.
