Editor's note: The workplace for four individuals facing charges relating to possession with intent to sell marijuana, Joey Parker Diaz-Barnett, Jayden Patrick Diaz-Barnett, Francisco Giovanny Mora, and Hunter Ray Palmer, was incorrectly listed as Maple Leaf Cheese in an earlier version of this Circuit Court listing. Green County

Felonies

On Thursday:

• Joey Parker Diaz-Barnett, 17, Albany, was released on a $4,000 signature bond with conditions that he have no contact with co-defendants Francisco Giovanny Mora or Hunter Ray Palmer or their residences unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian except at their work at Maple Leaf Landscaping, Verona. Diaz-Barnett is also ordered not to drink, do drugs, leave Green County or possess drug paraphernalia. He is charged with possession with intent to sell marijuana between 200 and 1,000 grams, possession of drug paraphernalia and bail jumping stemming from an incident that occurred on Monday. If convicted for the maximum penalty Diaz-Barnett could face up to six years imprisonment or $10,000 in fines or both. He has a preliminary hearing on March 5.

• Jayden Patrick Diaz-Barnett, 17, Albany, was released on a $4,000 signature bond with conditions that he have no contact with co-defendants Francisco Giovanny Mora or Hunter Ray Palmer or their residences unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian except at their work at Maple Leaf Landscaping, Verona. Diaz-Barnett is also ordered not to drink, do drugs, leave Green County or possess drug paraphernalia. He is charged with possession with intent to sell between 200 and 1,000 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, stemming from an incident that occurred on Monday. If convicted for the maximum penalty Diaz-Barnett could face up to six years imprisonment or $10,000 in fines or both. He has a preliminary hearing set for March 5.

• Francisco Giovanny Mora, 22, Albany, was released on a $5,000 signature bond with conditions that he have no contact with co-defendants Joey Diaz-Barnett, Jayden Diaz-Barnett or Hunter Palmer or their residences unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian except at their work at Maple Leaf Landscaping, Verona. Mora is also ordered not to drink, do drugs, leave Green County or possess drug paraphernalia. He is charged with possession with intent to deliver between 200 and 1,000 grams of marijuana, maintaining a drug trafficking place, possession of a synthetic cannabinoid and possession of drug paraphernalia stemming from an incident that occurred on Monday. If convicted for the maximum penalty Mora could face up to 9 1/2 years imprisonment or $20,000 in fines or both. He has a preliminary hearing set for March 5.

• Hunter Ray Palmer was released on a $5,000 signature bond with conditions that he have no contact with co-defendants Joey Diaz-Barnett, Jayden Diaz-Barnett or Francisco Mora or their residences unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian except at their work at Maple Leaf Landscaping, Verona. Palmer is also ordered not to drink, do drugs, leave Green County or possess drug paraphernalia. He is charged with possession with intent to sell between 200 and 1,000 grams of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of bail jumping stemming from an incident that occurred on Monday. If convicted for the maximum penalty Palmer could face up to eight years imprisonment or $30,000 in fines or both. He has a preliminary hearing set for March 5.



Misdemeanors

On Friday:

• Lance W. Kleeman, 29, New Glarus, was found guilty due to a no-contest plea of driving while intoxicated, third offense; he also had a charge of driving with a prohibited blood-alcohol concentration dismissed. The charges stem from an incident that occurred on Aug. 10. Kleeman will serve 18 months on probation, have his license revoked during that time, serve 28 days in jail, undergo alcohol and other drug assessment classes and is ordered to install an ignition interlock device for a period of one year upon relicensing. Court records indicate the responding officer witnessed Kleeman cross a fog line and center line multiple times while driving on Wisconsin 11, Town of Sylvester. After being pulled over, the officer noted in the report that Kleeman had bloodshot eyes that appeared glossy, and a strong odor of intoxicants was emanating from the vehicle. When asked where he was coming from, Kleeman answered "Albany," and was then asked where he was going, to which Kleeman responded "Albany," adding that he was lost. A field sobriety test was conducted and Kleeman had a PAC .258. He owes a fine of $2,418.

• Marc F. Dierickx, 28, Monroe, was found guilty due to a guilty plea of DWI, second offense; he also had a charge of driving with a PAC dismissed. Dierickx will serve 30 days in jail, have his license revoked for 16 months, is ordered to undergo alcohol dependence assessment and to install an IED for a period of one year upon relicensing. The charges stem from an incident that occurred on July 20. Police reports indicate Dierickx hit an unattended vehicle in the city of Brodhead and fled the scene. He owes a fine of $1,494.

• Rickey L. Coggins, 41, Rock County jail, revoked his probation on Dec. 16 for a conviction on a charge of retail theft and as a result will serve 30 days in jail to be served consecutively to his other offenses. He owes a fine of $243. Coggins also revoked his probation on Dec. 16 for a conviction of disorderly conduct and will serve 90 days in jail consecutive to his other sentence. He also revoked his probation for a third separate charge of bail jumping on Dec. 16 and as a result will serve nine months in jail consecutive to his other sentences. Coggins violated his probation by consuming alcohol in all incidents.
