Misdemeanors

On Monday:

• Nicholas A. Waelti, 24, Monroe, was released on a $750 signature bond with conditions that he have no abusive or violent contact with the alleged victim or contact with her residence. Waelti is charged with domestic abuse-related disorderly conduct stemming from an incident that occurred on Dec. 22. If convicted for the maximum penalty, Waelti could face up to 90 days in jail or $1,000 in fines or both. Waelti has a pretrial conference set for March 3.

• Cameron W.J. Todd, 24, South Wayne, was released on a $500 signature bond with conditions that he not possess or consume drugs or possess drug paraphernalia. Todd is charged with possession of marijuana stemming from an incident that occurred on Dec. 20. Todd has a pretrial conference set for March 3.

• Colten J. Shaw, 21, Orangeville, was released on a $1,500 signature bond with conditions that he not drink, do drugs, enter bars or liquor stores and not drive a vehicle without a license. Shaw is charged with driving while revoked, driving while intoxicated, second offense, and driving with a prohibited blood-alcohol concentration, second offense. The charges stem from an incident that occurred on Dec. 28. Shaw has a pretrial conference set for March 17.

• Elizabeth A. M. Broshous, 19, Monroe, was released on a $1,000 signature bond with conditions that she not drink or do drugs and have no contact with the alleged victim. Broshous is charged with domestic abuse-related disorderly conduct, battery, resisting an officer and possession of marijuana stemming from an incident that occurred on Dec. 21. If convicted for the maximum penalty on all counts, Broshous could face up to $21,000 in fines or two years in jail or both. She has a pretrial conference set for March 3.

• Tyler L. Blumer, 21, Monroe, was released on a $1,500 signature bond with conditions that he not drink, do drugs or possess drug paraphernalia. Blumer is charged with possession of marijuana, illegally obtained prescriptions and drug paraphernalia stemming from an incident that occurred on Jan. 4. Blumer has a pretrial conference set for March 3.

• Gary D. Harris, 65, Argyle, had one count of disorderly conduct dismissed on a prosecutor's motion. The charge stemmed from an incident that occurred on July 31. Harris owes no fines or penalties as the charge was dismissed.
