Steven R. Rowley, 50, Brodhead, had a charge of battery dismissed on a prosecutor's motion Tuesday. The charge stems from an incident that occurred Oct. 11. Rowley owes no fines or penalties as the charge was dismissed.
Lafayette County Felonies
On Wednesday:
Avery M. Rodriguez, 38, Waunakee, was found guilty due to a guilty plea for misdemeanor charges of disorderly conduct. He also had a felony count of intimidating a victim deferred. Rodriguez will serve one year on probation with conditions he not have any violent or abusive contact with the victim in this case; not drink, do drugs, enter bars and liquor stores; and undergo alcohol and other drug assessment classes. The intimidation charge could be expunged from Rodriguez's record if he complies with all elements of his probation for 18 months. The charges stem from an incident that occurred April 20. Rodriguez owes a fine of $694.
Jody G. Nunn, 38, Lindsay, Okla., was found guilty due to a no-contest plea for a charge of threatening to injure, stemming from an incident that occurred in February 2014. Nunn will serve two years on probation and is ordered to pay back restitution of $632.99 before the two years are through. He is not to drink, do drugs, enter bars or liquor stores, and is to undergo AODA classes. Nunn owes a fine of $809.99.

On Wednesday:
Timothy A. Fitzsimons, 24, Darlington, was found guilty due to a guilty plea of theft of moveable property less than or equal to $2,500, stemming from an incident in January 2014. Fitzsimons will serve two years on probation with conditions that he maintain full-time employment or attend school full time. He is ordered not to drink, do drugs, enter a pawn shop, enter bars or liquor stores, or have anyone enter a pawn shop on his behalf, and is to undergo AODA classes. Fitzsimons owes a fine of $176. Fitzsimons was also convicted of theft of moveable property stemming from an incident May 22. He owes a fine of $176.
Cody J. Langmeier, 22, Argyle, was found guilty due to a no-contest plea of driving while intoxicated, second offense, and driving while revoked. Langmeier will serve 90 days in jail with work release privileges, have his license revoked for 17 months, and is ordered to install an ignition interlock device for a period of 17 months upon relicensing and is to undergo AODA classes. The charges stem from an incident that occurred June 11. Sheriff's reports indicate Langmeier was turning his vehicle onto Center Street off of Wisconsin 81 when the vehicle spun in a complete circle and hit a parked, unoccupied trailer. He was uninjured in the crash. Langmeier owes a fine of $2,077.
Duane C. Lee, 61, Cuba City, was found guilty due to a no-contest plea for a charge of disorderly conduct. He also had a charge of operating a firearm while intoxicated dismissed. Lee will serve 15 days in jail. Sheriff's reports indicate Lee was drunk and acting disorderly at a location on County X, Elk Grove Township. He was also wielding a firearm. Lee owes a fine of $308.
