• Adam D. Fiorucci, 25, Monroe, was released on a $1,500 signature bond with additional conditions that he have no violent or abusive contact with the residents of Diane Lane and that he reside with his mother at the 2000 block of 1st Street. Fiorucci was initially charged for bail jumping after he allegedly violated a restraining order on Feb. 7. Fiorucci has a pre-trial conference set for April 15. Fiorucci also had his bond modified for other criminal charges for violating a restraining order repeatedly since May 2013.
