Green County Felonies

• Ryan T. King, 29, Monroe, was found guilty due to a no-contest plea on Thursday of driving while intoxicated, fourth offense within five years, and had a charge of driving with a prohibited blood-alcohol concentration dismissed. King will serve one year in jail with work-release privileges, have his license revoked for 33 months and is ordered to install an ignition interlock system for a period of one year upon relicensing. Court records indicate King was convicted of DWI in March 2006, January 2008 and May 2011. On June 24, King was pulled over for not dimming his brights as a squad passed him on Dolan Lane. The responding officer wrote in his report that King smelled of intoxicants and was slurring his words. A field sobriety test was conducted. The officer found four unopened Coors Light cans in the vehicle and one open can in the front passenger seat. King owes a fine of $3,455.



Misdemeanors

On Friday:

• Kearsten M. Martinez, 19, Winslow, Ill., had a charge of theft of moveable property dismissed on a prosecutor's motion. The charge stems from an incident that occurred on Sept. 13. Martinez faces no fines or penalties as the charge was dismissed.

• Philip J. Iturbide, 23, Madison, was found guilty due to a no-contest plea of DWI, third offense; he also had a charge of driving with a PAC dismissed. Iturbide will serve 45 days in jail with work-release privileges, have his license revoked for two years and is ordered to install an ignition interlock device for a period of one year upon relicensing. Court records indicate that on Aug. 8 law enforcement got a call of a car parked in an apartment complex parking lot. After being pulled over the responding officer wrote in his report Iturbide smelled of intoxicants and marijuana and that his eyes were also bloodshot and glossy. Iturbide had a preliminary breath test of .134 percent. He owes a fine of $1,494.

• Mennen D. Borucki, 44, New Glarus, was found guilty due to a no-contest plea of disorderly conduct. Borucki owes a forfeiture fine of $456.50. Court records indicate that on Oct. 15 Borucki attempted to grope a woman at a tavern in New Glarus. The victim told police Borucki waited for other patrons to leave the bar before he made advances on the victim, who fought him off several times before she got up and left.

• Jaron D. Neuenschwander-Luebke Jr., 22, Green County Jail, revoked his probation to a conviction of criminal damage to property on Jan. 28. Neuenschwander-Luebke will serve 240 days in jail with work-release privileges, consecutive to his other sentences. He was sentenced to probation in March 2013. He owes a fine of $243. Neuenschwander-Luebke also revoked his probation for a separate sentence of domestic abuse-related disorderly conduct stemming from an incident that occurred in December 2012. He will serve 75 days in jail concurrent to the charge listed above, but consecutive to his other sentences. He owes a $230 fine for revoking his probation. Court records show Neuenschwander-Luebke yelled and swore at a woman who had a domestic abuse injunction against him. He returned to the woman's home four other times in violation of the injunction. He was found guilty due to a no-contest plea of theft of moveable property stemming from an incident that occurred in August 2011. He will serve six months in jail consecutive to the charges listed above but concurrent to his other sentence. Court records indicate Neuenschwander-Luebke acted as a party to a crime in stealing about $10,245 worth of metal from a residence on Bethel Road between the months of July and August 2011. He owes a fine of $415. Neuenschwander-Luebke was sentenced to six months in jail for theft of moveable property stemming from the same incident in July 2011. His sentence is concurrent to the previous listed sentence. He owes a fine of $1,243. Neuenschwander owes a fines for all his sentences for a total of $2,131. He was sentenced to a total jail time of six months and 240 days.
