• Christopher J. McGoff, 33, Monroe, posted a cash bond of $650 for charges on two counts of domestic abuse related Class A Misdemeanor battery and bail jumping, and one count of Class B disorderly conduct. The charges stem from an incident that occurred on Friday, Feb. 9.
