Green County Felonies

• The court Tuesday entered a plea of not guilty and scheduled a March 4 district attorney conference for Kenneth M. Moore, 33, Monroe, who is charged with intimidating a victim, battery, bail jumping and disorderly conduct.

Court records indicate he hit a woman in the eye and mouth, pursued her up the stairs and grabbed her phone and removed the batteries Jan. 31 in Monroe. He was on bond for battery at the time of the incident.

He is charged with intimidating a victim, a class G felony, battery and bail jumping, both class A misdemeanors and disorderly conduct, a class B misdemeanor. He faces more than 11 years in prison and more than $45,000 in fines, if convicted.

He remains free on a $10,000 signature bond.

• The court Tuesday scheduled an April 1 district attorney conference for Jessie L. Hanson, 27, Monroe, after she pleaded not guilty to forgery and theft.

Court records indicate she wrote a check from another person's account in the amount of $800 Nov. 8 at Wisconsin Community Bank.

She is charged with forgery, a class H felony, and theft, a class A misdemeanor. She faces more than six years in prison and up to $20,000 in fines, if convicted.

She remains free on a $3,000 signature bond.
