The court Wednesday sentenced Christopher J. Andreas, 23, Brooklyn, to one year probation and 10 days in jail after he pleaded no contest to disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property.
The court dismissed one count of trespassing, a class A misdemeanor. He originally faced up to 21 months in jail and up to $21,000 in fines.
Court records indicate he threw items Nov. 3 in a Belleville garage.
The court Wednesday entered into a one year deferred prosecution agreement with Jason S. Olsen, 28, Platteville, who pleaded no contest to battery.
He faced up to nine months in jail and up to $10,000 in fines as part of the plea agreement for the class A misdemeanor. The charge will be dismissed in one year if he complies with the terms of the agreement.
