Felonies

• The court, Dec. 18, entered a plea of not guilty and scheduled a Feb. 16 district attorney conference for Michael D. Williams, 25, Freeport, who stood mute to possession with intent to deliver marijuana.

Court records allege he had 13 small bags totaling about 17 grams of marijuana in his possession Dec. 6 at a business parking lot in Monroe township. He was convicted of possession of marijuana earlier this year.

He is charged with possession with intent to deliver marijuana, a class I felony. He faces more than seven years in prison and up to $10,000 in fines, if convicted.

He remains free on a $4,000 signature bond.

• The court, Dec. 18, scheduled a Feb. 2 district attorney conference for Michael I. Wilson, 24, Freeport, who pleaded not guilty to possession with intent to deliver marijuana.

Court records allege he had 13 small bags totaling about 17 grams of marijuana in his possession Dec. 6 at a business parking lot in Monroe township.

He is charged with possession with intent to deliver marijuana, a class I felony. He faces more than three years in prison and up to $10,000 in fines, if convicted.

He remains free on a $4,000 signature bond.

• The court, Dec. 18, scheduled a Feb. 2 district attorney conference for Christon Laguan Chatman, 31, Freeport, who pleaded not guilty to possession with intent to deliver marijuana.

Court records allege he had 13 small bags totaling about 17 grams of marijuana in his possession Dec. 6 at a business parking lot in Monroe township.

He is charged with possession with intent to deliver marijuana, a class I felony. He faces more than three years in prison and up to $10,000 in fines, if convicted.

He remains free on a $4,000 signature bond.

Misdemeanors

• The court, Dec. 18, fined Gene A. Isely, 27, Monroe, $173.30 after he pleaded no contest to possession of drug paraphernalia.

He faced up to 30 days in jail and up to $500 for the unclassified misdemeanor.

Court records indicate he had a multi-colored smoking pipe in his possession Sept. 16 in Monroe.
