Jessica M. Halvorson, 26, Darlington, pleaded no contest Oct. 30 to a misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct downgraded to an ordinance violation. She was fined $389.50. Court records indicate she caused a disturbance during a dispute July 20 with her brother at her home on Galena Street in Darlington.
Joshua David Fitzsimons, 33, Darlington, pleaded guilty Oct. 30 to a Class A misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct and to revoking his probation on 2011 convictions of battery and disorderly conduct. Both charges stem from disputes with his wife at their home on Furnace Hill Road in Willow Springs Township. He was sentenced to 20 days in jail and owes the court $243.
Austin James Penniston, 33, Argyle, pleaded no contest Nov. 20 to three misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct, all stemming from intoxicated fights with his wife in March and April at their home on State Street in Argyle. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail with Huber work release and owes the court $2,895.83.
Gilberto Mazanett-Pena, 43, Monroe, pleaded no contest Nov. 21 to a Class B misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct and was fined $943 with 60 days to pay or he'll have to serve time in jail. Court records indicate he was intoxicated and disorderly during a domestic dispute in November 2012 at a home on Ohio Street in Darlington.
Douglas William Champion, 20, Mineral Point, was charged Oct. 3 with four Class A misdemeanor counts of criminal damage to property. Court records indicate he was out drinking and then drove through several area farm fields in Shullsburg Township on Aug. 13, speeding and hitting a fence and fence poles. He's pleaded not guilty to the charges and has a scheduling conference Jan. 16.
Amanda R. Ostrowski, 28, Rewey, was charged Oct. 7 with misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property. Court records indicate she was in a vehicle in Belmont Township July 26 when she got mad that her husband was smoking a cigarette and punched him, threw his hat and other personal belongings out the window and kicked the rearview mirror. She has a scheduling conference in the case Jan. 16.
Vicky L. Reichling, 56, Darlington, was charged Oct. 8 with a Class A misdemeanor count of obstructing an officer. Court records indicate she refused to cooperate with an officer who was trying to locate her son on Aug. 18 on Willow Branch Road in Seymour Township. She's pleaded not guilty and has a scheduling conference Dec. 17.
Kyle W. Haag, 28, Mount Horeb, was charged Oct. 10 with misdemeanor counts of resisting/obstructing an officer and disorderly conduct. Court records indicate he was intoxicated and got into an argument with his girlfriend Aug. 31 at Yellowstone Lake State Park. He has a scheduling conference Dec. 18.
Amos Jermiah Breen, 30, Darlington, was charged Nov. 21 with a Class A misdemeanor charge of battery stemming from an incident behind the Trailside Bar, 301 Main St., on Aug. 10. Court records indicate he punched another man because he was upset about a morphine overdose. Breen has an adjourned initial appearance Dec. 16.
Chad Jeffrey Huseman, 27, Dubuque, Iowa, was charged Nov. 22 with misdemeanor counts of battery and disorderly conduct, and Robin Ashley Robey, 24, also of Dubuque, was charged the same day with a misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. The charges stem from a disturbance between the two on Aug. 18 on Lake Joy Lane in Belmont Township. Both defendants make their initial appearance in court Dec. 16.
Brett S.L. Shepherd, 22, and Genevieve M. Shepherd, 23, both of Benton, were charged Nov. 22 for an incident Sept. 20 at their home on West Main Street in Benton. He faces a Class A misdemeanor count of battery, and she faces a Class B misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. They make their initial appearance in court Dec. 16.
Todd M. Morgan, 41, Shullsburg, was charged Nov. 29 with misdemeanor counts of battery and disorderly conduct stemming from an incident Oct. 15 at his home on West Water Street in Shullsburg. Court records indicate he punched and caused bodily harm to a woman. His initial appearance is Dec. 16.
Rex A. Weber, 56, South Wayne, was charged Nov. 29 with a Class B misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct stemming from an incident Nov. 8 on West Grove Street in South Wayne. He allegedly unleashed "expletive-laced" threats on a deputy who was on duty and assisting in a nearby traffic stop.
Amy L. Webber, 38, Monroe, was charged Nov. 29 with a Class A misdemeanor charge of theft, alleging she stole $623 in cash from an acquaintance on Sept. 7. The victim was recovering from surgery and asked Webber to pay bills on her behalf in Monroe. Court records indicate Webber was having financial difficulties and instead took and used the money for herself. Webber's initial appearance is Dec. 16.
Jose Angenis Hernandez-Hernandez, 17, Darlington, was charged Nov. 29 with an unclassified misdemeanor charge of possessing drug paraphernalia. Court records indicate police found a homemade water bong for smoking marijuana in his home on Wells Street in Darlington on Oct. 28.
Timmy Lansing Johnson, Jr., 25, Dubuque, Iowa, was charged Nov. 29 with a Class A misdemeanor charge of defrauding a taxicab operator. Court records allege he owed $40 for 70 miles of transportation on Aug. 10 between Darlington, Linden and Platteville but paid the driver only $10. His initial appearance is Dec. 16.

Taylor M. Pataska, 25, Argyle, was charged Dec. 4 with a Class A misdemeanor count of writing a worthless check in the amount of $68.21 on July 4 to the Cenex gas station in Argyle. Her initial appearance is Dec. 16.
Steven R. Reece, 52, Darlington, was charged Dec. 4 with two Class A misdemeanor counts of writing worthless checks to the Cenex gas station in Argyle in June. His initial appearance is Dec. 16.
