Felonies
Eric C. Wade, 21, Belleville, was found guilty on Aug. 5 of breaking conditions of probation. On June 25, 2009, he was found guilty of taking or driving a vehicle without the consent of the driver and abandoning the vehicle, a class A misdemeanor, stemming from a Dec. 13, 2008 incident. Court records indicate that he failed to pay restitution within 90 days and failed to comply with undergoing an AODA assessment.
He sentenced to 12 months probation, was ordered to pay the restitution within nine months of probation and fined a total of $275.
Misdemeanors
Allen S. Bechtolt, 26, Monroe, was found guilty on Aug. 5, after pleading no contest to a count of disorderly conduct, a class B misdemeanor, stemming from an April 8 incident. He was sentenced to 18 months' probation and fined $343.
He was also found guilty of another count of disorderly conduct and bail jumping, a class A misdemeanor, stemming from a June 6 incident. He was sentenced to 18 months probation for both charges, to be concurrent with the other disorderly conduct charge. He was fined $486
- Allen M. Petro II, 17, Browntown, was found guilty on Aug. 10, after pleading no contest to a count of disorderly conduct, an unclassified forfeiture, stemming from an April 28 incident. He was fined $236.
