FELONIES
- Jeanne Marie Wells, 43, New Glarus, pleaded no contest Thursday, Aug. 16, to misdemeanor charges of disorderly conduct and battery and was granted an 18-month deferred prosecution with the conditions that she continue counseling and attend monitoring conferences. A Class G felony charge of intimidating a victim was dismissed against her. Court records indicate Wells became violent with her husband in their home in the W4300 block of County W in the Town of Exeter on Feb. 7, while their young children were present.
MISDEMEANORS
- Joshua Jeffery Frauchiger, 36, Monroe, was granted a 12-month deferred prosecution Thursday, Aug. 16, on misdemeanor charges of disorderly conduct, criminal damage to property and bail jumping. Conditions of his dismissed charges include completing an assessment for abuse of alcohol and other drugs, attending monitoring conferences and paying a $100 fine. Court records indicate he was disorderly and violent with his girlfriend on Dec. 28 at Goebel's Inn, 108 S. Mill St., Browntown, and that he violated conditions of his bond by drinking alcohol in Argyle in March.
- Michelle M. Miller, 31, Monroe, pleaded no contest Thursday, Aug. 16, to a Class B misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct and was fined $379. She also pleaded no contest to driving while intoxicated (second offense) and was sentenced to 30 days in jail and fined $1,428. The charges stem from an incident in February. After she crashed her vehicle in the 2900 block of 13th Street in Monroe and was arrested on the DWI charge, court records indicate she was disorderly and uncooperative with officers and nurses at the Monroe Clinic ER, 515 22nd Ave.
- Kristi Lee Schmidt, 22, incarcerated in Janesville, pleaded no contest Friday, Aug. 17, to revoking her probation and was sentenced to four months in jail. She was convicted in July 2011 of possessing drug paraphernalia and nine Adderall tablets, without a prescription, on March 4, 2011.
- Justin James Kampfer, 23, Monroe, has an initial appearance scheduled Sept. 24 on misdemeanor charges filed Monday, Aug. 20, of disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property. Court records indicate Kampfer was verbally abusive to the mother of his child at Sir Buk's Dance Club, W5222 County KK, Town of Monroe, and used a box cutter to slash the front tire of a gray Cadillac Seville in the parking lot.

MISDEMEANORS
- Sarah Lynn Lancaster, 33, Darlington, pleaded no contest Monday, Aug. 20, to a Class B misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct and was granted a 9-month deferred prosecution. The charge stems from a domestic abuse incident in April. A second misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct, stemming from an incident in March, was dismissed.
- Randy Gene Joslin, 27, Shullsburg, signed a $500 bond Monday, Aug. 20, on a Class A misdemeanor charge of battery filed the same day. The charge stems from an incident Friday, Aug. 17. Conditions of Joslin's bond include no drinking or entering establishments that sell primarily alcohol.
