Brown is charged with one count of domestic abuse-related disorderly conduct stemming from an incident that occurred on June 21. Court records indicate Brown was highly intoxicated, and after arguing with his live-in girlfriend, put his hands around her neck and threw her to the ground. She had visible red marks on her neck when deputies arrived. Brown has a pretrial conference set for Sept. 23.
Britney Fae Carpenter, 26, Brodhead, had a signature bond set at $1,000 with additional conditions that she have no contact with the alleged victim in this case. Carpenter is charged with one count of domestic abuse-related disorderly conduct and one count of criminal damage to property. The charges stem from an incident that occurred on June 19. Court records indicate Carpenter was intoxicated and arguing with her roommate. She allegedly kicked her roommate's TV and then threw a book at a second TV, damaging it. She has a pretrial conference set for Oct. 7.

Powell is charged with one count of domestic abuse-related disorderly conduct and one count of battery. The charges stem from an incident that occurred on July 5. Court records indicate that Powell called law enforcement asking that they remove her boyfriend because she was afraid she would hurt him. She allegedly hit him in the face multiple times. The victim had swelling above his right eye and a scratch inside his ear. When the responding officer asked Powell about the injuries to the victim she said he could have done them to himself. She has a pretrial conference set for Oct. 7.
Douglas B. Scace, 43, Browntown, was released on a $1,500 signature bond with additional conditions that he not drink or have any abusive contact with the alleged victim or her family. Scace is charged with three counts of domestic abuse-related disorderly conduct and one count of battery stemming from an incident that occurred on July 4. Court records allege Scace attempted to pry away a phone the victim was using to call his children's mother. He then allegedly picked her up and slammed her into a chair. The victim had bruises on her fingers. He has a pretrial conference set for Oct. 7.
Dustin Lee Walters, 26, Monroe, had a signature bond set at $1,000 with additional conditions that he have no abusive contact with the alleged victim. Walters is charged with one count of domestic abuse-related disorderly conduct, one count of battery and one count of criminal damage to property stemming from an incident which occurred on June 27. Court records indicate Walters tipped over a bookshelf and later slapped his wife on the side of her head. She called the police and Walters fled, later calling dispatch and telling them he was stranded in Indiana without gas money. He was later found by law enforcement parked along Cadiz Springs Road. Walters has a pretrial conference set for Oct. 21.

Parr is charged with one count of resisting an officer and one count of carrying a concealed weapon. The charges stem from an incident that occurred on June 22. Police reports indicate Parr allegedly threatened a man while brandishing a small caliber hand gun. Parr has a pretrial conference set for Oct. 7.
Philip D. Hoffman Jr., 30, Monroe, had a signature bond set at $2,000 with additional conditions that he not drink or do drugs, enter bars or liquor stores and not enter the Friendly Inn or its premises. Hoffman is charged with two counts of disorderly conduct, one count of resisting an officer and two counts of misdemeanor bail jumping. The charges stem from an incident that occurred on Saturday. If convicted for the maximum penalty, he could face up to $42,000 in fines or five years imprisonment or both. Hoffman has a pretrial conference set for Sept. 16.

Genthe is charged with one count of causing injury by intoxicated use of a vehicle and one count of causing injury by use of a vehicle while under the influence of a controlled substance. The charges stem from an incident that occurred on March 12. Law enforcement reports indicate Genthe allegedly caused a vehicle accident when he passed out and entered the opposite lane of travel and hit a vehicle head-on. Both Genthe and the driver of the other vehicle were injured. Genthe refused medical treatment on scene. He has a pretrial conference set for Sept. 23.

If convicted for the maximum penalty, Reuter could face up to $11,000 in fines or one year in jail or both.
