BELLEVILLE - Charles L. "Charlie" Viney, age 82, of Belleville passed away on Wednesday, August 29, 2012 at Agrace HospiceCare, Inc. in Fitchburg. He was born on January 24, 1930 in the Town of Montrose to his parents Paul and Millie (Colney) Viney. Charles graduated from Belleville High School in 1949.
